Absolute lack of Customer Service and Theft! Why won't you cancel my Line!

<p>I cancelled my Telkom Landline and move to Telkom Smart Boradband in August and would you believe it that after going to store twice and calling the customer care line over 30 times I am still being billed!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I am utterly disappointed and enraged by the lack of customer care as well as lack of service delivery! Why is this so hard!!! I actually am severely upset I decided to stick with telkom as you have caused me nothing but rage and pain!</p> <p> </p> <p>Please cancel my landline and ADSL NOW!!!!!!!!</p> <p> </p>
