ABSOLUTE "____" Hellkom sort my line and ADSL out, im paying for that SERVICE

WHY?, WHY? should we pay Telkom anything? useless bunch, the telephone line hasn't worked in over a month, pick it up and all you hear is zzzzzzzzzzzzz, cannot even dial, and now the ADSL line is DEAD, cannot connect to the internet, log a call "on your self-service app" and you get a message back, "SOMETHING WENT WRONG WHILE ATTEMPTING TO LOG YOUR PROBLEM" Sort your "____" OUT, each time your side kicks "open serve" "bunch of idiots" open up YOUR TELKOM box up the road my line goes down "feel like putting a chain around that box so that you can't even open it up, I don't even know why im wasting my time sending this review, you NEVER get a call back from Hellkom, JUST SORT MY LINE & ADSL OUT!!!! I work from home with corporate clients and now I cant!!!!!!!, I have reports I need to run and it's ALL on line.
