They charge you for airtime that you do not use, you can upload airtime but cannot buy data due to errors in their system, staff at telkom stores are the most useless people... Basically the home affairs of telecommunications... I thoroughly dislike the complete lack of customer service and ************* nature of their business model. Want to join telkom.? Save your money and rather buy firewood for smoke signals... It's cheaper and less frustrating.
