Absolute Disgust

It has been a week since my line is not working. I have made several calls to Telkom. Consultants said they cant give me a reference number but they see a network failure on their side. I should keep calling. Today I make another call. Finally a consultant says no, they should have given you a reference which she gave. Said call in an hour and check again. I called again after about 5hours and spoke to the most disgusting consultant. No Name, she says there is not supervisor, no mangers to help i must wait! I AM HIGHLY ****ED OFF WITH THE DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!! and I must still pay for a service that is down. She also says i must discuss with the billing section but i will not basically be refunded from when i was down and only from today when i was given a reference number. WHAT **** SERVICE. Thanks Telkom, and my husband and i were planning on getting other services from you. Shame no longer! will use your competition and leave you guys once this contract is finish. DISGUSTING CONSULTANTS GIVES YOU ALL A PATHETIC NAME! Pitty she had no name!
