About to lose another client..

<p>I ordered a mobile from Telkom a good 2 weeks ago. Heard nothing... Went to the Brooklyn Mall branch and the advisor only rudely said that it can take up to 7 days for somebody to call me??</p> <p> </p> <p>It has now been 2 full weeks and I still have not heard a thing even after making an online enquiry/email.</p> <p> </p> <p>If I don't hear back from Telkom within the following 3 days, I won't even consider their services anymore.</p> <p> </p>
