About my account with Telkom

Telkom do care about customers they only care about themselves I have been complaining about them stopped debeting the money since October but they have done anything even now and this month the double charge me when I go to them they say they will fix it I must send email of documents and I did but they haven't been attend my cause since waiting for them am not happy at all
