About 15 calls, 8 hours and still NO ADSL a month later

My ADSL line has been down for over a month. I have made numerous calls to the call centre. They are totalling stuffing up the issue. They update all issues, you speak to a different consultant each time, you get forwarded to hopeless team leads like Kenneth Govind who conveniently cuts the call and doesn't care.

But they certainly know how to debit my account...

RESTORE MY ADSL ACCESS!!!! DO YOUR JOB!!!!!

No one has called me despite the response on HelloPeter that my complaint was received. My line has been down since the 26th April. I have made several calls to the call centre and each time I call I need to speak to a different consultant who doesn't know whats going. It's about the 13th call centre consultant that I am speaking to. I keep repeating myself. On Tuesday, 24th May, Ricky Mashego a Telkom technical technician (Contact No: ***) came to my house to check the wireless single to see if they could offer a different solution (I don't want a different solution but they said they not prepared to restore the line). The wireless single was not good and furthermore, guess what, there's a cable. The cable was never ******. The Telkom technician said he will escalate it to the call centre. I phoned the call centre on the 27h May and spoke to Sibusiso based in Port Elizabeth. Sibusiso said to me that he cannot give me his surname. It's against company policy (really?). He, also, cannot send me copy of the call nor can he give me a call reference number (in-efficient Telkom). Keagan, nice responding in a standard way on HelloPeter, but do you think this is acceptable service? Can you get your act together and sort this problem out? There's a cable, your cable department needs to send a technician to see what is wrong with it. And; then, I suppose we will end up with another version to this story. Check 356CTK260416 and 80CTK311015 - these are the references the call centre.
