ABOSUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I cannot believe that I needed to get to this point. After making numerous phonecalls to telkom since Feb this year, I am still having issues. My contract came to an end in March and I tried to upgrade in Feb because they allow you to. I was on a call to a lady for almost an hour for an iPhone 15 and they sent me an iPhone 13, I sent it back as advised. I then tried to cancel my contract a million times and eventually had to go instore where they finally canceled it. I spoke to so many agents over the phone who could not help me!! Sending me from pillar to post. Giving me incorrect numbers to call just to get me off the line. My whole account was messed up from the beginning of my contract labeled as business when I don't even own a business. No one could help me. Telkom has sent me to debt collectors for charging me twice after my contract was already canceled. I have logged a complaint and still no one has attended to it but they are chasing me for money.I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEN EVER!!
