Abolutely pathetic service

<p>My ADSL line and data service from Telkom has been down for over 6 weeks now, I have to call in everyday and everyday I get a new excuse. The line has still not been repaired and I don't even get a call from Telkom advising me of what the next steps are or when the line will be restored. I pay for a service that I cannot use and Telkom wants to advertise how they are so advanced but cannot provide the basic service. This is not the first time, over a year I experience service interruption regularly. In December 2015 I experienced outage for over a month as well and that was during the holidays when the need for the service is the greatest. Telkom should decide if they can provide a service, if not they should rather close down and allow other service providers to provide a better service!!!!</p>
