Abnormal monthly debid order from Telkom mondo

Their consultants are telling us another story.But when I receive the statement it is somethimg else.I fail to understand why...? As I said previously that we agreed on the phone that they will deduct the amount of R269, now R312 is debited from my account I domt know how. I really need help please...
