AAARRRGHHHHH
As I sit, I have been on the Telkom line for 49.52 . I have been put through to no less than 9!!! different departments. I received an sms on 19/01 stating that technicians would be putting my new phone line in (I moved house) and that I was to stay at home ALL day. Which I did. For nothing!!! No one can tell me why nobody turned up and nobody can even tell me which department I should be talking to you. This is the 7th phonecall I've made to Telkom this month. Unacceptable!!
