<p>A technician was at our house last week Monday to assess the technical situation which was meant to be submitted Monday evening. I checked with the call centre and it has not been updated yet! It still says that an appointment must be made with the technician. Seriously??????</p> <p> </p> <p>All we need is advice on what to do! How can you allow your clients to wait sooooooo long just to know what to do. There is no way you are getting our money! I will reverse that bank debit so fast, your head will spin!!!</p> <p> </p>
