AAAAARGHHHH -Telkom

Took the 10 gig a month deal in May. received goods then found out wrong package supp**** - some 500 meg deal. Calls, visits to shop and emails pointless. Obviously I wasn't paying until I got waht I contracted for. Now Telkom is ignoring my notice and termination, and their debt collectors also ignore my mails. If and when we get to court, I'm asking for a special costs order.If I'm listed as a bad payer I am suing for damages. ...all because there is no one to speak to, or to reply to calls, mails etc. Must be the worst business model devised in history....which is a pity, because the product is ok,
