Its impossible to speak to a consultant, voice prompts are not helpful, the app is not user friendly. Ive been trying to get a hold of you the whole day.

I was busy with a credit application today and was told that a credit enuiry of R798 000 was appearing under my name and 8 am not able to get a hold of you.

The reference provided by the credit provider is ref no. ***1

Please remove this under my name asap before i escalate the matter.
