A year later and still no feedback or resolution
It's been more than a year and I'm still waiting on feedback and for my matter to be resolved. Seriously how bad can your service get. Oh yes I forgot their is no such thing as service. I got an SMS to say case no is ********** 1 is resolved. What is resolved is what I would like to know.
During this entire time, I only received two calls, one was to ask me if someone called me already which I said no and the 2nd call was to say they are looking into the matter and will get back to me. Well, to date, still no call only this SMS a year later to say my matter is resolved. Really NOW!!!!
CAN A DIRECTOR OR THE CEO PLEASE CALL ME. I'm saying this in the most civilised way possible.
