A Year Later and contract not cancelled

<p>Last year the 10th November 2015 I sent a request via email that we need our contract cancelled. I heard nothing. I resent the cancellation email on the 24th November 2015 and still nothing. I called them and cancelled and nothing. I sent into the store in Greenstone mall and cancelled there with a ref number of ********** 4. That’s 4 times I cancelled the contract.</p> <p>In January 2016 we relocated to New York in America and still the contract is not cancelled. We contacted Telkom mobile in February 2016 and they were very unhelpful. There where so many back and fourths with this matter and I just do not know what to do. Last correspondence was Neo Letsipa that promised me that it will be sorted out. She said that there was an amount outstanding and needs to be settled before they cancel but I cancelled LAST YEAR NOVEMBER ALREADY and paid everything up to date before we left for America. Will someone contact me ASAP with this matter, I do not want an agent or a representative, I want a Manager to sort this matter out. It’s over a year later and there is no one that can assist me. It’s absolutely disgusting service and will not recommend anyone to go with Telkom Mobile.</p>
