A week to approve an application

On 3 Sept 2015 my Fiance and i went into the Telkom Direct store at Clearwater mall to apply for the SmartBroadband Wireless 20 GB we filled out the forms and Mpho advised there were system issues she would complete it Monday and let us know, After forwarding her all our documents we waited to here from her the shops landline goes un answered all day from 8AM to 5PM we emailed her on Wednesday and she tells us that we must just be patient. Today we are told by her there are still Vetting issues. I mean really now this is riduculous. I really dont know why i keep going back to Telkom after all the bad service ive gotten in the past.
