A victim of fradulent. No feedback since december

I have been waiting for telkom feedback since last year december regarding a fradulent case. In January they gave me a reference no ********** 2 and again in march they gave me this reference no ********** 7. Yesterday i called to make a follow up, they promised to call before 5pm which they didnt. They have now handed me over to the credit burea, this matter have been reported since december but nothing has been done. When i call they either say the matter is out of their hands or the investigation team will call me. Now my credit is a mess because of telkom. I have never sign any contract with them. Please help.
