A very very stupid error l. I am tired of Telkom

Wow!!!!! I’m really really annoyed! Very annoyed with Telkom over a very simple instruction that they failed! I requested that they cancel my contract and migrate me to prepaid. They cancelled the entire number!!!!!!!! How the hell am I supposed to keep in touch with my loved ones that all have my numbers? Telkom has really really ruined my day! Wow! How am I to survive? I’ve had this number for a very long time now l! Can you please just fix it!
