A very UPSET customer!

The service I am receiving at this point is ridiculous. I am so frustrated and unhappy about the way my problem is being handled. I have ordered online and the wrong product was delivered. It took me how many days to sort that out. Still not getting the product I ordered. I have been billed for the product the courier has taken, cant they see the sim has not even been activated!! Phoning and emailing countless times. My phone calls being dropped. Phoning the same number just to hear now they cant help me. This is pathetic. The customer service is pathetic!
