A very frustrated customer!

I am writing this review because I am so frustrated with Telkom! They debit their money on the 31st every month without fail but to my surprise I now owe them? It does not only end there, they double debited me this month but they still send sms’s saying that I still owe? What nonsense is this? When you call them they can’t take account of the BS that they’re doing?

What do I need to do to get this issue resolved?
