A very bad start, No resolution for my query

I took a 20G Telkom deal mid July and I received the package and a 12G that lasted me for 2DAYS, No body could tell me where the data went, My laptop didn't update anything, my phone was up to date and both of these are always on WIFI at work. I got a report that didn't show data consumption breakdown, then I received a couple of messages about the closure of the query, no explanation, no resolution. I need an explanation please, as excited as I was there' s no way I would have finished 12G in 2DAYS. I've been consuming 3G per month on Cell C.
