A useless useless useless service provider we all need to get off it

I am absolutely disgusted by Telkom, I have ABSOLUTELY no reception where I am(4 months now)I’ve been trying to cancel my contract when I call I will hold for hours with no answer, send emails they respond via text with communication I do not understand, I try to get them to contact me on my other number because their ****** network does not work but nothing, today they telling me my account has been suspended and nobody bothered to give me a ****en phone call when I have reached out countless times trying to cancel the damn thing as I have no ****** reception anyway. I’m frustrated because this messes with my credit score and I am the one who has been trying to reach this useless service provider.
