A *****ulent account

Telkom loaded a *****ulent account on TransUnion under my name, I called them they verified that my account was closed in 2019, and someone decided to reopen and different one and load an unknown account under my name. I called them they have being taking me from pillar to post about an account that does not belong to me.one consultant by the name of Masuku advised me to do and affidavit so we can log a case of *****. The other one by the name of Naledi Thwala told me she will send me an email stating that the account belongs to the other client till today i am still waiting and she also refused to issue me with a reference number .Your response will be appriciated.
