A troublesome contract

<p>Hi I am Sisa Mack I have just submitted my review but I noticed that I did not rate it. My compliant is with Telkom about a contract that I have signed up with them but then after I got it I realised that it can do what they promise it will do for me. So I opted to cancel the contract on the 01 July 2016 after they advised me that I was ill advised about the contract when signing up for it. My pain is that since then the contract has not been cancelled and they keep on debiting on my account and that put me in a finance difficult. The ther thing is that the amount of monthly fees ae more than what I signed up for, I am sincerely asking for assistance in this regard.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you.</p>
