A total failure of a company

Telkom should just shut down completely—they are an embarrassment of a company. Their service is so appallingly bad, it makes even the most broken government departments look efficient.

How in the world does it take over three days to draft a basic settlement letter? Are they chiseling it into stone? Or have they staffed their operations with museum exhibits? It's a joke—an insulting one at that.

Their service isn’t just at the bottom of the barrel—it’s rotting underneath it. And while they fumble around doing nothing, their clueless collections department keeps calling me with nonsense they can’t even back up with a simple document.

A total failure of a company. Useless doesn’t even begin to describe them.
