A **** THAT IS TELKOM

As I am due for an upgrade in a few months Telkom decided to hand my account to collectors when I had been making monthly payments via debit order, they intentionally skip a month where they don't debit and hand your account to collectors, I only found out when I called in after making a manual payment then getting debited after a consultant told me they canceled my debit order. Having to waiting 72hours before I can call in to get my money sent back.

Now I'm not even sure I should upgrade with Telkom because it is the pits!!!!!!

No communication No care for clients Never debit on time / somehow they "FORGET" debit A complete ****!
