A Telkom sales lady phoned me to upgrade my data bundle

A Telkom sales lady phoned me to upgrade my data bundle. I am currently paying R65.00 for 15 gigs. She offered me 20 gigs for R59.00. I accepted it. I was invoiced for 80 gigs for R199.00 per month. I queried on 06 Nov 2023, I am yet to be informed of the issue being resolved
