a TELKOM nightmare

I am a pensioner on crutches who makes a living selling used books on internet - Was talked into getting fibre-optic - Major problems for past week - I cannot get onto internet at all and also cannot even send e-mails since they asked for my e-mail address - Have phoned about 20 times this week - Kept on phone for hours by people who seem to have no clue what to do - Eventually they cut me off or say they will get someone to call me back just now - I sit waiting till midnight some nights waiting for the promised call - WHAT AM I TO DO ???
