A struggle to follow up on a contract application

Good day,

I app**** online for a contract. the agent called to get all my details for pre-vetting. She said i can use 10213 to follow up on the order. No one picks up on there and i have received no response via email to ***. I have been wanting to find out about which documents to send through as I have not been instructed to do so. I don't know whats happening.
