A Smith acc *** id ***

Dear Telkom<br> <br> I contacted telkom on the R899 dStv explorer package.A salesperson contacted me and explained what the package consisted off.I was not interested and he suggested I take the R499 explorer deal, but I cannot find such deal on your web???.I asked him about connection and installation and he said it was free but when I went on your web I saw it will cost me R1300.The explorer and WIFi package was delivered on 17/03/2015.I feel I was misled by the salesperson.I saw that I can get the explorer and wifi package at R99 plus vat on 24 months through telkom as per your web??I will settle for the R99 deal please adjust my account accordingly.Please forward me an example what my account will look like.<br> I have send an e-mail to sales dept but had no response from them.<br> I also reported this on Telkom Facebook.19/03/2015 .Said they will look into it????<br> Please respond ASAP.<br> <br> Kind Regards<br> Andre Smith<br> ***
