I went to telkom store at mall of africa to do sim swap on data sim, terrible service receive from Nongama zito, she asked for my Id and i gave her my license. I told her iam doing a sim swap on the data sim card she just kept quiet and proceeded to do what ever she was doing on her system While talking to colleagues. She then asked for my finger prints which we did. Then i told her again that iam doing a sim swap on the data sim card the response i got was “YOU HAVE MENTIONED THAT ALREADY” how was i suppose to know that she Heard me when she did not acknowledge my request or respond To me. Then she said my finger prints are not verified i must bring my id, she didn’t mention why was i not verified i then suggested we use another finger print as its not so long i was assisted at the same store a month ago,at that she was irate About my suggestion and wanted me gone from her desk we tried on another system but still couldn’t be verified. Does telkom not have another system for verification? I then asked if she can block the sim card then?she said no call the call centre knowing very well that i will stay on the line for another 25/20 minute before i can be assisted . I went out of that store defeated rather than assisted Yet i never miss my payments******
