A SERVICE THAT STINKS... TELKOM

<p>i have continueously been abused by telkom and iv had enough. I want nothing to do with this service provider. Debting my account and not providing service is theft. I keep being escalated while they keep debiting my account and there's nothing i can do because they will blacklist me, if i dispute or reverse the funds, this is theft . To date i am yet to receive service from them. I spend most of my time holding only to be told that it will be escalated further. I have seen bad service but this takes the crown. Poor and pathetic, i have had enough of being abused by telkom. All the call centre agents know is to pass the bug. None of them can do anything. Lackluster n incompetence should be there slogan. I keep having to repeat myself with every call i make. If u want a service that stinks use TELKOM </p>
