A SERVICE PROVIDER WHO SHOULD BE NAMED AFTER COVID!!

Telkom has the best service when it comes to signing people up. However, when it comes to the after service for ANYTHING, they are by far the worse I have ever experienced. Their cancellation process and how they just keep debiting after... I would never recommend them to anyone! Telkom doesn't even deserve 1 star! they deserve nothing!

Their call center agents are the most un professional lot of people I have ever dealt with! After a year of trying to cancel my service I am at a point where I would put a stop on the debit order and couldn't care less of how it effects my credit score.
