A SERIOUSLY DYSFUNCTIONAL ENTITY.

I have not had use of my line since December 2023. I cannot make outgoing calls, I cannot receive incoming calls. In spite of reporting this issue for several months, with several reference numbers, I get NO RESPONSE apart from robotic messages with ZERO follow through. No amount of calling to resolve this issue helps. The staff are clueless and inefficient. Don't know how this company still exists as they are SERIOUSLY DYSFUNCTIONAL. I am paying for services I do not receive.
