A scheme, a con and gang pretending to be a service provider!!! Nonsense!

Telkom are running a proper con at this point, getting paid for services they refuse to render, trapping their customers. They didn't debit our account on time this past August, they chose to double debit (which they claim even that wasn't the full amount) on the 1st of June, only to turn off all services by the 2nd week claiming we owe R2400, when we enquire no one knows, until we went to the shop, where they claim that we are in arrears and apparently there was a price hike (how do you not notify your customers and short change your own debit order and then turn the services off??) this is almost everyone's story, we are at a point where they have been paid R11200 and we are yet to get connected, this morning they claim we need to pay another R300, for what?? We are exhausted, depleted and beyond angry!
