A positive review for a change.

<p>&nbsp;</p> <p>With all that is happening on the political front in our country at the moment, for once I can report something positive.</p> <p>What's more it is about Telkom.</p> <p>"Impossible", I hear you say. Well believe it or not, I have a positive report for our esteemed establishment.</p> <p>I am not going to lie that it started off well, quite the contrary.&nbsp;<br />I have been see-sawing for 3 weeks about my account being suspended, being shifted from one department to the next as if I was a time traveller going through multi-dimensional vortices.</p> <p>Needless to say it took a fair bit of patience to finally find someone who was willing and more importnatly ABLE to resolve my issue.</p> <p>Thank you Thando Dlamini for attending to my issue very timeously (3 hours) and for understanding your company and it's plethora of departments.</p> <p>It seems we need a cloning machine so that we can fill the Telkom seats with people of your resolve and willingness to assist.</p> <p>I think there is a lesson for Telkom here and that is to understand the customers problem in it's entirety and then act. It seems all to often that assumptions are made by certain departments instead of getting to the root of the issue at hand.</p> <p>Maybe management need to see how Thando was trained and find out why he is successful at resolving issues which no other department seemed able to do.</p> <p>Thanks again and I am happy to report a thumbs up to Telkom.
