A pleasure applying for a new LTE router

I have had many headaches dealing with Telkom Customer Service in the past. I was not looking forward to applying in person at a Telkom Shop for a new LTE router. I didn't have to wait; the assistant was knowledgable, friendly, and efficient. He took down my details, installed the SIM, showed me how everything worked... all with a smile. I wish I knew his name, but it happened at the Mall of Rosebank.
