A nightmare is an understatement when it comes to telkom.

Telkom is a nightmare when it comes to cancellation of contract. I've had contracts upgraded without my concern and when I enquired about this, I was told it will be canceled. Little did I know that I will still pay/charged for their mistake. They further pre cancelled a contract which ends only next year, upon my enquiry about this, they activated it, However still charged me for the activation, while I never asked for it to be deactivated in the first place. Telkom sales are making up contracts we never asked for and we end up paying for their ****/*****. Iv had nothing but bad service from Telkom the last 2 months. I've again received an invoice and there charges which I know nothing about.
