A new Telkom?

The last report i did, in 2018, was very negative and justifiably so. Since then i had 3 issues that popped up, and all 3 issues was resolved very quickly and professionally!

The only reason why i did not rate 5 stars is that the issues that "popped up", should not have happened. That said, one notices the effort Telkom is going too, to better their service.
