A New Month another problem....same old damn telkom

<p>i had a complaint that i sent to useless telkom on the 04.10.2016. i follow up numerous times, but never got any feedback with telkom. i called, i emailed i complain and no joy at all out of them. service is disgusting. on the 27.10.2016 a lday by the name of Maxine from the complaints department called me back to tell me that they finally sorted it out after a damn month and after i paid again for no service. i then received a call 04.11.2016 from another lady from the complaints department, now they want to put me in a worse position. i explained about speaking to Maxine. and the things that maxine promised were not even done like she said.. i then spoke to Maxine again who promised that she will call me back before then COB on friday. its monday afternoon and no callback.</p> <p> </p> <p>i phone customer service, if they can evene be called that, cause they just as useless. ive asked for contact numbers and they cant assist. i have asked for a team leader, im not sitting on hold over 15 min waiting for that team leader. i cant believe its now a new month and im still sitting with problems. i want someone to call me back that can actually help me. i cannot deal with telkom anymore. i cant believe your service is so pathetic. you have the worst service rate ever, and cleary it doesnt bother you. i want this error sorted out NOWWWW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
