A new customer that got bad service

as a new contract i received the worst service with telkom clearwater branch your staff is clearly very rude and arrogant . when i requested my contact be cancelled i was not even convinced to stay with the network the consultant had a don't care attitude and was not helpful at all..i was signed up for a contract that excluded the benefit that i actually wanted when i advised the consultant she says she can log a case or i must wait 3 months for they systems to update.in future i will not recommend telkom to any other person...
