A ********n JOKE!!!

A ********n JOKE!!! wow, No words. just trying to find out the resale value of my cellphone took an hour and I was passed around to FIVE different call center agents. Their option 2 on the mobile device call center number is stuck on a loop - it goes NOwhere, beyond frustrating. Thanks to the last agent who apparently wasn't the right person to speak who went above and beyond to help as he could hear I was close to tears with the bullsh******t and helped. TELKOM SUCKS>
