A Month to receive a phone

I app**** for a Huawei P8 at the Telkom Mobile Store in Brooklyn Mall a month ago. As of today I have had no response from when they will receive stock for the phone. I am HIGHLY UPSET!! Each week I go there, to check whether the phone have arrived yet, and all they say is next week. That one week turned into a month now. If my debit order go off before I have my phone in my hand, I PROMISE THE FIRST BILL WILL BE PAID BY TELKOM FOR ALL MY INCONVENIENCE!! I AM GETTING MORE AND MORE FED UP WITH THIS ISSUE!!!!!
