A month later and issues still not resolved

<p>Telkom suspended my 10+10 package a month ago and promised me that they would solve the problem and ensure that my line would be reinstated. When I phoned again today, the operator told me that there is not even an order for my issue to be resolved! They also suspended another internet package of mine 2 days ago even though the statement shows that I will be billed for the entire month! Pretty useless service. Going to the cell c store now to take out an internet contract. Telkom just lost a customer. </p>
