A month later, 4 case numbers and still a problem

Case number ***6<br> <br> I live in an area which Telkom mobile claims to have great coverage for 2G, 3G and LTE, however this is lies. The coverage is so bad in this area that the google home page takes 1min to open. When i go to other areas then the signal is perfectly fine. <br> <br> I raised this issue with Telkom a month ago. I have had over 3 case numbers for the same problem. Telkom keeps telling me in 48 hours a technician will be sent to my home to check the signal but i am still waiting. I am paying for a service which is not delivering value to me. <br> <br> I am very disappoint in Telkom mobile because for the past 3 years i have been happy with the service I received.<br>
