A miracle happened this weekend

<p>After quite a squabble with Telkom, manager Vivesh from the call centre came to the rescue. He organised that knowledgeable techinicians (John Herbst & Tiaan Koorsten) attended to my problem, which took them less than an hour to sort out. It just goes to show that if you employ the correct caliber people then the company benefits greatly from it.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you very much guys, you were world class on Saturday, Telkom needs many many more people like yourselves!</p>
