A lady from Telkom call centre called Tselane Molepo made my day.I was having a problem with my contract which happened to be extended without me knowing.What I thought was a nightmare to me turned into nothing as she assisted me in cancelling it immediately.I want Miss Molepo to know that Telkom needs more people like you who are problem solvers and not people who frustrate customers.Im saying this because before talking to you, I spoke to some consultants in the morning who nearly frustrated me .You were patient, you took your time and came with the solution.Your service made me to continue believing in Telkom.Keep up the good work!!!!
