A joke of a service.

I have visited the store to check up on the contracts my wife and I have knowing it's almost over and to find out the process to move it to prepaid. However we were convinced to upgrade and was happy to do so. Once we have decided on what phone the stores advised that the phone is out of stock and we should wait a week for stock. We comp**** and now it's a week later when we check they are still waiting and no set date as to when they will have stock. Why advisetise when there is no stock???? Why try to upgrade when there is no stock and you can't get stock???? I rather look towards a new provider.
