A HURTING CUSTOMER

A telkom representative/sales guy sold me lies. I purchased a contract phone HUAWEI NOVA10 on Friday 20 January and was assured by the sales guy that it does support Google, four days later i only find out that i can't use certain apps because phone doesn't support google play. Took phone back to store and i was told khetilekhethile there's nothing they can do, Im here stuck with a phone that is not serving the purpose. Im a student and i cant do my school work using the devise because it doesn't support the apps i have to use. The customer service i got is so lower than not good. Telkom please do something
